I think alot of this can be boiled down to the mindset a person has when facing a problem. If you easily give up when faced with a problem, you never allow yourself the opportunity to learn and grow from that nagging feeling related to a problem that you just cant figure out how to solve. That background nagging feeling is what drives the creative process imo.

If I called it where it made sense, there was a bug where the other API actions that had been performed would lead to an incorrect return value.
