Yet not limited by fraudulence, virus, bug, worm, unauthorized intervention that is human other technical issue, or perhaps in the big event the competition is not able to run as prepared for just about any other explanation, as decided by Sponsor in its single discernment, the Sponsor may, with its single discernment, either (a) suspend the Contest to address the disability and then resume the competition in a manner that best conforms into the character among these Official Rules or (b) terminate the Contest and, in the eventuality of termination, award the prize at random from among the list of qualified, non-suspect entries received as much as the time regarding the disability. The Sponsor reserves the best with its single discretion to disqualify anybody it finds become tampering because of the entry procedure or the procedure associated with Contest or to be acting in breach of those formal Rules or perhaps within an unsportsmanlike or manner that is disruptive.
